The Penthouse Room accommodates 200-350 people for meetings, luncheons and dinners
4 parlors on the main floor can accommodate 75 each, or can be combined to create Grand Ballroom for up to 300
The main floor also offers 2 board rooms which hold 30 each
Out of town attendees can stay in the hotel for extra convenience

In the Penthouse Room, a restaurant-style "Guest Choice Menu" is provided at each place setting, from which guests can select the entree they prefer.
In the main floor parlors and board rooms, you can choose the "Guest Choice Menu" or one of the following options:
Family Style - An abundance of food brought to each table on silver platters.
Individual Plating - food is served on plates to each guest.
Stations - serving popular items in unique ways such as pasta, shaker salad, carved meat and mashed potatoes.

Personal Host - greets guests and supervises your event so that you can enjoy yourself.
Champagne and Strawberry Table - a beautifully decorated table featuring champagne and strawberries with a white-gloved server greeting your guests as they arrive.
